We offer separate cat and dog boarding spaces in our hospital, where guests will receive personalized attention from our team members and have all their essential health needs met. Boarding your companion with us also ensures that, during our regular business hours, they will always have access to veterinary care if they need it. What to Expect When Your Pet Boards with Us

Our goal is to give you peace of mind about leaving your pet in our care. As animal lovers and veterinary professionals, you can depend on our team to make our facility into a home away from home for your furry family member.

Some features of our boarding service include:

  • Daily walks and multiple bathroom breaks for dogs
  • Daily housekeeping with freshly-laundered bedding provided
  • Items allowed from home (favorite blanket, toy, etc.)

Requirements to Maintain a Safe, Healthy Environment for Pets

We’re committed to keeping all our cat and dog boarding guests happy and healthy while they’re in our care. To maintain a safe environment, we require proof that your pet is current with all of their vaccinations. Dogs must also be current with their Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine, as Bordetella can spread quickly among boarding dogs if they are not vaccinated.

If your pet is not a patient of Lagniappe Animal Health, be sure to bring copies of your pet’s vaccination records as proof that they are up to date.
